Step 1. Request Intake Appointment
If you are caring for a child who may have been exposed to drugs or alcohol prenatally and have concerns about the child’s development, contact us for more information about the services available for your family. Our intake coordinator will reach out to you within 2 business days and set up a meeting to discuss your concerns.
Step 2. Intake, Assessment/Evaluation, and Plan of Care
After the intake meeting, review of records, and conducting further assessments as needed, we will design a personalized plan of service for your child and family’s unique needs.
All children with suspected or confirmed prenatal substance exposure are eligible for therapy and family support services through our Boundless Program. Additionally, children with confirmed prenatal exposure to alcohol meet the criteria for our FASD diagnostic clinic.
Step 3. Therapy and Support with Boundless Program
Our team of highly skilled and trained practitioners provides occupational, speech and language, and behavioral health therapies, in addition to support for the whole family. These services are available until your child turns 13 years old.
