Hear from our employees!

Looking for my first job as an occupational therapist, I was worried about being able to keep up with the workload and finding a work culture that fit my values. Interdisciplinary collaboration and a healthy work-life balance are really important to me, and Wonderland checked all my boxes. Our team at the Hope RISING Clinic is warm, supportive, collaborative, and joyful.

I appreciate all the collaboration we have between team members and with community professionals. I feel like I’m in a continuing education course during our monthly consultation meetings with community professionals!

Katherine Z., therapy services manager & occupational therapist at Hope RISING Clinic

Every day I’m inspired by the people who work here - we genuinely care about each other and the families we serve. Every little win, team or individual, is recognized and celebrated here. I really feel that my win is everybody’s win, and everybody’s win is my win. I also love how Wonderland emphasizes self-care, work-life balance and bringing your whole self to work. I feel supported and empowered to do what I’m committed to at work!
